Aspiring Bankers is an initiative of the Institute of Professional Banking (IPB). In past seven years, IPB is one name synonymous with imparting quality training and providing assured placements in branch banking profiles of private sector banks. It is doing a tremendous job of eradicating unemployment in the nation.
Aspiring Bankers is offering a meticulously designed programme called the Post-Graduate Certificate in Sales & Relationship Banking (PGCSRB). It is introduced for job seekers who wish to make a career in the private banking industry. It is a short-term (4 weeks) immersive certificate program that gives any graduate a great start to their banking career. The certificate course is a boon to candidates from educational backgrounds other than commerce and finance, as it will give them the opportunity to get trained by experts irrespective of their graduation field.
PGCSRB program comes under Hire-Train- Deploy (HTD) model offered by major commercial banks such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and also the Train-Deploy model with all other leading commercial banks. The impeccable training paired with our brilliant placement team will assist each candidate, till they are securely placed with private banks throughout the country.
The private banking sector is a booming industry with a plethora of opportunities, waiting to be availed. It only requires utter determination and willingness to put in hard work to succeed. This initiative of IPB will push forward the humble aim to drive Indian youth out of the shackles of unemployment.
An engineer by profession and an entrepreneur by passion established the one-of-a-kind online banking platform that trains fresh graduates to be specifically employed in banks.
I feel that rather than theoretical learning, education shall be knowledge-based. Hence I came up with a solution; Aspiring Bankers where we train young graduates and get them ready to work in the Banking Industry.
